Born on the cusp

I have a Libra Sun(born on sept.23rd so i just made it) , a Scorpio moon, and virgo Ascendant (Mercury and Venus in Libra, and Mars in Cancer). My question is: Does being born on the cusp and having a Virgo Ascendant make virgo more important in my chart than Libra? I also have Virgo in Pluto if that matters. Also, Donna cunningham states in her book "Moon Signs" that a Scorpio Moon can be stronger than your Sun sign. I guess I am just having trouble putting all of this information together..Any thoughts???

I could hardly be called an astrologer, tamara, but I do have a thought.

I'm born in the Capricorn-Aquarius cusp. It makes me a bit less goal oriented than traditional capricorns. I'm also not very partial to 'earthy' colors, and a bit 'silly'. For me, at least, the capricorn sign seems to be weighted a bit by the aquarius sign. I show a few signs of both.

I've a book somewhere that goes on a day by day thing. I'll try to find it and give you the title. I prefer this book to others because everyone I've let seen it (few are actual pagans) claims it is 'right on.'

Tamara, Libra probably is dominant, since it's reinforced there in Mercury and Venus, although you didn't say what Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn, and Neptune were in.

You appear to others to be more of a Virgo than a Libra with the cusp thing here and Virgo rising.
