I will be leaving this thread open for questions, but not for entries.
Everyone is free to submit a header! You may submit only one. We do this occasionally, new folks out there. We change the look of the site, color-wise, based on the new header that is voted on by YOU. A header is that graphic up there at the top of the page. It's a tradition, so if you can...get involved. That's what this community is all about.
Due to the MWMail option being down currently, you may submit your entries via PM using an offsite host, such as Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com/), ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/)or Tinypic.com (http://www.tinypic.com/))
Or, you may PM me for my personal e-mail address if you would prefer. If you should choose to email it, please remember to include your MW username in the e-mail somewhere! :) I will be responding to your message via e-mail when I receive your entry. If you do not receive confirmation, please resend.
Do not share your header with anyone prior to the end of the voting session. This will be entirely anonymous as to who entered which header.

Title: Mystic Wicks
Dimensions: width 950 x height 120
No more MENUS. Just make a header!
Theme: Celestial/Sky
*In case people are unsure of what this theme is: sun, sunrise, sunset, stars, planets, space, clouds and skylines, moon, etc.
EDIT:
"Season: Winter" is a runner up. After discussion we decided to allow the winner and not the runner up to be allowed (sorry, everyone, this is my first time running one of these!). As GEBS told me, you can do a winter sky. There's winter sunsets, winter sunrises, winter nights, etc. Feel free to mesh them. But a theme that's winter with no celestial/sky elements won't be within the rules. Sorry for any confusion!
Keep in mind the PG nature of the site.
IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES ABOVE. YOU WON'T BE INCLUDED IN THE VOTE.
Red (as a primary colour) is not allowed! And be mindful of your use of color because that is what GEBS have to go by when she creates the color scheme. Extremely bright colors can hurt people's eyes. Pink is finally being allowed as a colour scheme.
Also, please make sure your fonts are readable.
Most of all, have fun with it! :)
