My sister is great

My sis is one of the few people who know about my being pagan. She was always very supportive and tolerant, sometimes even going to extremes.

Like the other day, she told me to water the flowers, but I was in a lazy mood and told her I won't do it. She looked at me in indignation and disbelief and said:"And you call yourself a Pagan and allow the poor flowers to die of thirst?!":D

I'm I missing something here? Don't pagans have the right to be lazy sometimes? Do we always have to be the perfect model for everybody? According to my sister, yes;) .

I love my sis, but sometimes she's just too funny:) .

I think your sister sounds very sweet, and you're lucky to have a family member who is like that. I still have not told any of my family members, and the last one I would tell would be my sister, you see, she is getting her masters degree in Biblical Theology, and once told me she would disown me if I got a tattoo. My sister states that somewhere in the bible it says you should not harm your body. I know it sounds silly, but I have a feeling if she could consider disowning me for a tattoo, she would go postal if I told her I was a Pagan.

Count yourself lucky to have a supportive family member, the closest thing I have is a best friend (Thanks Maren!) who knows, and who is one herself.
