I went to my first Pagan Ball this past Saturday. There's a nearby group who organized it in conjunction with the Pagan Leadership Conference (what? we may actually put these ppl in charge of something?) and had a, well we had a ball!

There should really be more of these. I want to go to one! :D Even if it wasn't Pagan I still wanna go to a ball! Wear a big pretty sparkly dress. :cutie: That'd be so cool.

There is a huge Witches Ball in Columbus OH on Hallowe'en. And another in Houston, I think for Betane. I had a list, somewhere, I'll have to find it again!;)

We had a great time...I'll have to post some other pix later...some are not fit for public viewing though!

This took place in Greensboro, NC. There are other balls coming up soon in Virginia Beach, I think. If you have access to a PagaNet newspaper, the info is listed in there.

The highlight of the night was a spiral dance while Godsmack's "Voodoo" song played....that was awesome. And I managed not to mangle anyone with my wings!
