Em Hotep!
Does anyone think that it's wrong to have too many shrines? I've got 5 shrines and just interested in knowing if I should scale back and put some of my icons on one table or I should just leave things as is. Let me know.

Ideally I would love to have a shrine for each netjer, and I'm sure they would appreciate it as well.
That being said however I personally only have room for one shrine, but I expect that as long as that shrine is sincere and none of the netjeru are ignored I feel that I've done my best.
Unless you are getting some bad vibes from one of them being worshipped at the same shrine I would say you'd be good to have as many shrines as you need. Just my two cents.

I think that if you want to have twenty shrines that is entirely up to you. You should never let anyones opinion determine how you choose to honnor your dieties.
Devotion to diety is personal, and yeah, someone may say you are overdoing it, and some would say you need more. I think it depends on your own relationship and level of devotion. I have never heard of the Gods being annoyed with too much adoration lol

What does a shrine do for you?
And will it keep doing it even if you have plenty of them?
The only dilemma I see is t some of the shrines may be forgotten and come at second place, which aint a problem per se, but could be depending on your worldview.

I give each of my shrines loving attention and thankfully I don't feel the need to add another shrine. Personally my shrine room can't hold anymore. However I'm thinking about getting another table so that Heru won't look so lopsided. Today Set gets attention but everyone gets a slice of turkey.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
