I would like to start a thread in memory of the canadian pilots who were unjustly slain in the Afgahn war, and I would like to send my love and support to the Families, Friends and suriviors of the pilots as well as the nation of canada! and our canadian mw'ers....
Im not likeing what I am hearing , (the facts that are comming out)

i find war a waste and i feel sorry for the piliots

I haven't heard much since the trial started... But when the story first broke, I was fuming..

Yes when I first heard this story I was enraged. I am sorry for the families of those lost as well as the families of the morons who decided they were under attack.

This quote from one of the links provided cracks me up:

"I would have to say (this was) extremely unusual, something you wouldn't expect,"


Yeah, because we would never expect a plane full of bombs and weapons to actually shoot at humans! :rolleyes:

I am sorry, my hateful, sarcastic side is coming out, I think I will find my heating pad and try to relax.

Very sad situation....what is equally distressing is this happens in every war since gun powder was used. It is called "friendly fire" and somewhere there is even a film about it... called exactly that, Friendly Fire. These accidental (as if war is an accident and not a purpose) came to light during the Vietnam war. I am so sorry for the families of these men. I hope for resolution in the best of all possible ways.
