Hello all....glad to be back to see what is happening!!!
anyway, I have some really prophetic dreams (i guess that is what you would call them). I call them my psychic dreams bc the ones that always come true are in such bold and realistic details than my regular ho-hum dreams.
i dreamt for 3 years about two large planes crashing in the tall pines behind our house. Then 9-11 came. No more dream. My friend's father had the same dream for the same time frame. They live 3 miles away.
I went to the mailbox about 2 weeks ago and stopped dead in my tracks. I got this chilly sensation where all the hair stood up on my scalp and my senses were keyed up for about 3 minutes. I looked to the skyline and saw a plane crash. The only other thing I remembered about that was the letter "C"....(the next tragedy was the plane that crashed recently in the carolinas).
Well last night I had my latest "vision"....I was near our lake doing something...not sure what?....and then I looked up into the sky and heard 3 booms and saw that 3 nuclear mushroom clouds were in the sky in our town. It was so clear. LIke watching the news. I immediately ran inside and found my child....I then tended to him.
And then I woke up....
I have been using a meditation kit that I got at the bookstore and have really been practicing with them on a regular basis.
Is this how folks who seem to be psychic have their visions? Mine are always in my dreams or just come to me out of the blue. And I most often have a very cold sensation with hightened senses such as smell and touch.
Just curious if anyone else has had these types of dreams.
thanks for listening!!!!

Wow! That's pretty fascinating izabeth!!!
I have prophetic dreams sometimes, but they are usually represented with so many symbols that I can't understand them until that something happens..
Don't know what to say.. I hope you are wrong this time.. *sigh*
btw, I love your Ava!

*grins* I'm gearing up for the (hopefully) massive antiwar protest in Washington, DC, that I'll be attending tomorrow. I'm psyched about it even though I'm going to freeze my butt off! ;)
I really hope you're wrong about this one, Izabeth...I have strange dreams, too, but I usually brush them off or forget them...

My 7 yo son and I are going to a local protest since we couldn't make the trip to DC...sigh, I would love to be there, but will do what I can here.
Hubby and kids made the coolest Candlemas/Peace altar yesterday...(trying to attach file).
Izabeth, I pray you're wrong...I can't believe we are this close to destroying what's left.
Peace *~*

Also, I remember in my dream that the 3 bombs were mushrooming in the east [the way I was facing/standing in the yard]. So I found that even more interesting.
I will only begin to worry if I have this dream again and again, like I did with the two planes crashing in the tall pines. That dream haunted me for years so much that I did not want to sleep.
The last one that I had that was reoccuring before the tall pines and planes was about elevators!!! That drove me nuts getting on and off floors with no exits!!!!
Acccckkkk!!!

Wow iz, I really hope it doesn't come true either! I have visions and dreams, but I do not remember my dreams when they are projecting something in the future, I don't remember until I am doing it! Mostly for me its gut feelings...and instincts too. Which is one and the same :o
Silly statement, anyway, I can also tell if someone I know has died, I usually do not know who, but I can tell you what state they are in...and I always seem to know a few weeks in advance when the shit is going to hit the fan!!! lol
Good luck and I hope the dream does not keep terrorizing you! I feel that if we don't do something, then the mushroom clouds will come true and that is scary for everyone!

I have those prophetic dreams, pysicic dreams, what ever you want to call them to.
Not often, but mine are rarely in color, they're often black on white, like you're watching them on an old black and white t.v.
But they are vivid, and I often remember them when I wake up.
Then theres the feeling that's something going to happen, and it's bad(sometimes it's good and you get that feeling to), but you don't know to who, or when.
With me, I know if it's to me, or to family, or to friends, I don't know how, I just do.
Maybe this is why I almost got lynched my freshman year, prophetic dreams, 6th sense about things..... Who knows with closed minded predejuce people.

Whee! It was a blast! Cold, definitely, but seeing the sign that said: "Frodo failed. Bush has the RING!" was awesome. *giggles* I loved that.
I have to admit that the best part was when we marchers walked by the veterans who are against the war. Everyone who walked by cheered and waved while they gave us the peace sign. Many of us shook their hands and thanked them. It truly was touching. They, of all people, know the true horrors of war. Some of the men were in wheelchairs. Others had canes. I can't help but think that if they are against the war, shouldn't we all be? Why should we send our friends, our sons, our brothers, our fathers over to a place where they will die? And all for oil!
