Thanks so much. I feel so bad, because he's my baby boy. His name is Apollo, a little golden kitty. I don't know he'll handle the snow, because when there was ice and it was falling I had to rescue him from under the house. My mother says she hears meowing from under the floor, but I couldn't get him out, or hear it. I feel like a bad mommy.

If he went under the house once to be safe from the weather, maybe he'll go there again. Put some food there to lure him out.

One of my cats once got out and it took three days to find him. It turned out he'd never gotten more than 30 feet from the front door; it had been raining, and he got under the bushes and then found a box we had left there, and he sheltered there while it kept raining for three more days! I put food out on the porch and he finally got hungry enough to come get it, and that's when we found where he was hiding.

He came home! YAY! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and energies. This afternoon he just sauntered right in like nothing had happened. He's not limping, nor any of his body parts missing, no sneezing or coughing. So I'm assuming his pretty butt lured another family into taking in another kitten.

Thank you all!
