I know this may seem harsh but you can do nothing for a person who wants no help.Try to sort out why he is refusing it and his medications.

Ask his spirit through meditation for permission to help.If this fails try to do some spells that will help you in understanding and coping with the problem you face.I know it's hard on you.

I have a brother that had/has cancer and underwent an operation to remove it.They took out half his intestines as well as a good part of his stomache.Even though the operation was a success he keeps telling people he knows that he is dying from it and dosn't have long to live.If you keep telling yourself things enough you believe them yourself and will become extremely sick or die.
