I'm getting Barth's "Irrational man"... it was listed at the web page and I seemed to like what he had to say. We'll see when it gets here and I give it a read. :)

I got Augustine :) Cool quiz. Though I think "Everyone loves you and wants to talk to you and hear your views" has never been true of that old goat! lol

Congratulations on getting Barth, Flipside. He's considered to be the best theologian of the 20th Century, and one of the best ever. His definitive work is the "Church Dogmatics", btw, but its enormous, large, heavy and terribly expensive so I would try to get it out of a library if you fancy reading it. Don't read his lectures on the Confessing Church, though, I read them once for a class, and they are quite boring.

http://www.geocities.com/johnnymcdowell has some stuff on Barth, as I recall. The guy who owns the site lectures on Barth.

I still want to know whether its pronounced "Bart" or Barth" though....people seem to pronounce his name in many different ways *sigh*
