Does anyone else have this deck? I (finally) received in the mail today and I love it already. I've read through the book, and I wished the first part was longer! I realize some people will probably think the fey are too 'Disneyish' but I'm also planning on buying the Faerie Oracle soon, so I can see both sides. Anyway, I'm just so excited I had to share. :D

I've ordered it about a week ago and I'm soooo anxious. I've been drooling over it since June so waiting this long has made me very anxious! It looks great! I love faery decks and am trying to collect every one that I come across. I'll let you know when I receive it so I can babble more about it! hehe

Just received this deck and I love it! I really loved the section on the symbols the artist Mara Aghem used and why she used to them and what effect she wanted to achieve by using them. I love the artwork. Even though one reviewer wrote about there were more females than males in the deck and that the females were in erotic and sexualized poses. I don't really mind the nudity, of course I don't mind most of the "disturbing" erotic decks either. It's art to me. One might have the same arguments about Michelangelo's David. His superb body is sexual and powerful. Just as the 8 of swords in the Fey might be demeaning because her nipples are peaking out of her garment. Maybe it's because she feels trapped or whatever and unable to move. Besides, in the world of Fey, (in which the author and artist created in this book/deck) the Fey don't have the same hang ups and issues about nudity as certain humans might have. You have to suppress your issues and try to think like the Fey might for this wonderful deck. It's refreshing and nice to get away from reality from time to time using this lovely deck.
I'm even using it for my daily card draw deck this month! I highly recommend it for anyone who likes Anime influenced or Fairy/Faery art/ideas. :)
