Found "1970" at reference.com
"Pagan" and "Neopagan", when capitalized, refer to religions, or members of a Pagan or Neopagan religion, "in the same way as one would describe a 'Christian' or a 'Jew'." This usage has been common since the Neopagan revival in the 1970s, and is now used by academics and adherents alike to identify new religious movements that emphasize pantheism or nature-worship, or that revive or reconstruct aspects of historical polytheism.

Well, I don't know my history too well, but I think Wicca has been around, at least publically, since the 1950's, 1960's, and Wicca draws a lot of influence from Thelema and Aleister Crowley, which is from the early 20th century or so. And I think Thelema, or some ideas from it, actually come from Golden Dawn, and Freemasonry. But if you're asking about the label itself, I guess the 1970's might be right, or whenever Wicca became mainstream. It's difficult to say just how old "neopaganism" is, at least for me, because I don't know my history as well as I should. Quick, to the Wikipedia-mobile!

I suppose year zero would be 1939, when Gerald Gardner claimed to have been initiated into the New Forest Coven. There was certainly occultism before that, magical lodges like the OTO and Spiritualism, but they didn't have a coherent religious dimension distinct from Christianity.
