I've looked at a home and I'm getting ready to make an offer. Unfortunately, someone else is looking at it tonight! I really want this house! It's perfect! (Location, neighborhood, size...etc) I can just feel that it's "the one". I'm trying not to get my hopes too high....just in case. My stomach has been in knots since we looked at it!

We made an offer this weekend and they accepted it! We just have to wait to make sure the Mortgage loan will go thorough....and it should~ So....hopefully in 2-4 weeks, I will be moving into my new home! :D YEAH! :boing:

Okay! Today is the day that I close on the house! In about 3 hours.....I will be a first time home owner.....and let me tell you I'm terrified! lol Not in a bad way....but nervous, anxious, excited kind of way. :)

We take possession at close! So....tonight I'll be moving! I'm only moving half a block so the move won't be horrible! lol ;)

aww wow congrats..... me and my bf are hoping to have our first house by the end of the year...probs wont happen but we are really hoping it does :D
