I love this forum! I think I spend more time here than I do my own community some days (though you'd never know it from the amount of posts I currently have! :rolleyes: ) I just wanted to ask all of you if you have a favourite website...it may give some others a chance to 'shamelessly plug' their own sites, and broaden everyone's knowledge.

Hestia, your website is wonderful!! Is that your house pictured? If it is I am soooooooo jealous! :D I loved all of the info on Hestia and am looking forward for when you post the Ritual to Hestia. I am so drawn to her also. Demeter too, but to a lesser extent. I also checked out the Crones Cottage from your list- what another great site for Kitchen Witches. There are many good ones I have found so far.

And amberlaine- I didn't know mothersmagic was your site. I have to give you BIG thanks. Your site was how I found Mystic Wicks. See, I am living proof banner ads do work. :p

Amberlaine, I've just gone through your site, and if you have researched and written all of that (sheesh, even if you haven't!) you truly have a staggering insight! I was floored to read about the comparisons of the Virgin Mary and the Goddess in the Catholic church...finally someone who thinks like me! :D I was raised in the Catholic church but Gaea forbid that I come up with something as astute (and most obviously correct in my opinion) as what you have laid out in your site. Kudos to you! Can't wait to finish reading the whole site!

I have checked everyone's sites with enthusiasm - we've got a pretty fine talent base if I do say so myself! A fine job, everyone!

I suppose I couldn't not post my pagan-related site here seeing as everyone else here has. (*WARNING* Shameless plug below) ;) My site is called Stories from the Broom Closet and it is an online journal of my experiences with Wicca and Paganism, both on a solitary basis and in the Pagan community. Now, more on topic, here are the pagan-related sites I like:
1. MysticWicks (my fave and the best online pagan community I have found! mol, you should be blushing with pride right now ;) )
2. The Witches' Voice (Wren's daily news updates are fabulous, and the over all site is just a wealth of information.)
3. Covenant of UU Pagans - http://www.cuups.org/ (I find this path interesting and I value the information on this site)
4. Pagan Speak - http://www.geocities.com/pagan_speak/ (an online journal collaboration project. New topics every month with short essays to be completed by members. Created by MW community member Lilu! :cool: )

There are probably a billion more that I simply cannot remember off the top of my head. Enjoy!

Thanks! That makes me feel pretty good. I've worked pretty hard on 2 of the 3. :)

MysticWicks is my newest favorite but I do love my own (even though I'm woefully behind in additions!).

I've really enjoyed checking out all of the sites! They are beautiful! It's funny, cus I've seen (and saved!) some of those sites before. I also saved the ones I hadn't seen before. I'm hoping to eventually add a links page with a small revue of all the Pagan (and Pagan related) sites I've found over the years. Just one more thing on the 'list'! lol
