This your ol' Uncle Ricky (OK, I may not be Eldest here, but I bet I'm in the top 3) tellin' everybody to have a safe Memorial Day Weekend. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST! :bad: DON"T MAKE ME COME OUT THERE! :meanface: I expect each & every one of you back here by Tuesday, at the latest, well & safe. And as I tell the children, "I'm not your Momma, those excuses don't wash with me!" :G

You too, have a fun time. It's raining here in NY, so that's messing up some plans. As long it does't rain Tuesday nite into Wed. My Dad does this thing called "The Watchfires". They light these gigantic bonfires at different sites and they burn all night in honor of the fallen vets.
It was taken from what the Revolutionary soldiers did during the war. They lit signal fires up and down the Hudson River. It's an amazing site to watch them all flare up at each point.
