ok sylv, here is your past life reading!
Tower: you then~
in this past life you were the leader of a coven of witches. i don't say "high priestess" or a title like that, because those titles weren't used during this era, or in this geographical location. there is the symbol of the typical witch with hat on, flying on a broom. i think this is saying your coven had tremendous powers & abilities, and it is likely you were able to astral travel, be in several places at once, shapeshift, and possibly time travel, though about that i'm not certain. but you were likely attempting to time travel at any rate.
you had problems with headaches or vision, but i think this occurred strictly when you were channeling or doing your coven work. i'm certain your coven assisted you after you did your intensive work, and helped banish the pain with their knowledge of herbs and ointments. i want to say this is an Italian area and you were a strega, but that's what i'm feeling, i haven't seen anything yet to solidify that. i believe this coven was mixed, both male and female members, and i keep feeling your area - and perhaps all of you - were under the witch hunts. it seems you saw many people's belongings, homes, and selves burned because of involvement in witchcraft or paganism, and many that weren't involved, but were just too political or argumentative.

you were definately a healer or medicine woman at some point. i don't feel you hexed people...you did simple spells to help with childbirth, physical ailments, crop blessings, locator spells. you weren't the village crone or witch, you just knew enough about nature to have people come to you for advice. i think because this was so low key, this kept you from the inquisitor's list. something happens at the full moon for you...is that now in this life? it may be a past life thing or present, but there is significance about the full moon, and how it affects you physically or mentally.
anyway, because you did small spells but mostly taught people about herbs and ointments, you were seen as a healer, and not really a witch. i think most people in your community thought you were a teacher, and had no idea you were the local coven leader. there is some indication of dark magic...but it is likely it was someone in your coven, and not you, that participated in this. and it feels that it was necessary at the time for some reason.
also, something went missing in the water or river or lake...an animal or something you or the coven owned, and it's loss meant a great deal. it was a very important item for the coven.
3 of Wands: your surroundings~
this being around the 1500-1700's, the villages were still full of natural resources and beauty. you did your stuff out in the woods, and built big bonfires for the sabbats, etc. something about the burning of trees gave you a certain kind of power...perhaps visions. you only burned what you needed, and showed complete respect to the land. the trees loved you, and you had a good relationship with all of nature. it does seem you were injured at some point by a branch or wooden weapon going through part of your body. not sure when...maybe we'll get more on this soon...

here again you are the leader, and this is a 1/4 moon, where you are doing a significant ritual, so there must have been a need in the village for a spell or group gathering. again the water is present...i almost wonder if some of your clan lost their children in a flood or water related death. i suppose it could even be the inquisition people may have drowned some family members of your coven. there is work around this going on in your group. perhaps a binding spell for the inquisitors. also a lower back pain in you...this was you taking on the pains and sorrows of those in your group. you were able to act as a vessel to channel their negatives pains - both bodily and emotional - and send them out into the universe. you didn't hold onto them, but they did reside in your body for a little while until you dispersed them, so you DID actually experience the pain of others. but you were very skilled and capable sending out unwanted and non useful energy to purify purposes and spellwork. a very important gift.

here you are with trees again. i sense that before you died, your coven was infiltrated by the inquisition, and some of your members were persecuted or killed. i don't think Italy killed many witches, so it is most likely your coven members were banished or punished. anyway, the coven dispersed, but you had a daughter and taught her the ways. and the two of you remained close the rest of your life. as said before, you were not suspected, so were able to pass on all your knowledge to her. eventually when you passed, you were joined with nature. your daughter didn't live much longer than you, and i think she died in a similar way...actually, i'm getting the feeling that you were both killed at the same time, during some kind of thunder storm. perhaps lightening struck a tree, because i keep seeing a tree falling, and you died while she tried to get away to safety. you were joined with the tree...but she couldn't get away and was killed in a similar fashion, though she might have actually been killed by the water elements or the lightning itself. so it seems that the elements of water and lightning were active in your area for a number of years.

well again, i think during the full moon, or certain moon cycles, you are more sensitive, more alert, more psychic.
this is likely true during storms...you have a heightened sense then, though you may have been in fear of storms when you were growing up. i think your daughter from that life is a partner in this life. not necessarily a love partner, but someone you will be working with on things. you share similar energy, but balance each other well.

you may have feared your power in the past, or all your life. there is an underlying current of energy in you, and you have always known about it, but don't know what to do with it. you may feel guilty that you have it, and you can tell others don't. or you may fear you won't know what to do with it. you will, don't worry. it seems there is something here with the speech, like maybe you had a speech impediment as a child, or difficult expressing your feelings. i think this is due to your old soul knowing more than is "appropriate" for a child, and your soul's protection of you, trying to keep you from drawing attention to all that you know. so you protect yourself in this life, just like in that one, so that others didn't suspect your abilities. so this was actually a very beneficial thing.

well, i think your goal is also your challenge. usually this card position comes out as one or the other, but the message is the same both ways for you. it is time for you to bring out your power. time for you to shine, regardless of the fact that it might draw attention to you. your talents, gifts, and knowledge have been safely tucked away from other's view. now it is time to draw others into your world of knowledge. and you know how everyone wants to find the "purpose of their life"? well, yeah, you have one. but it seems that the most important things you are going to do will happen one at a time. like, you probably won't create a great invention at the end of your lifetime that will make it all worth while. it will be worth while as you go, because the little things you do are going to impact the life around you.
