Mah Jongg Tarot Readings

Does anyone know how to correlate the 144 Mah Jongg tiles to Tarot? In " The Complete Idiot's Guide to Tarot and Fortune Telling" the authors 'drop' this little jem on you, then do not elaborate as to what or how to do it (Makes you wonder why they bothered to even mention it). Any Ideas? They give you five suggestions and then drop it in your lap.

I actually have a set of "mahJongg fortune-telling cards" ~ but I've never used them and I don't have a clue what to do with them. Sometimes I stack them up to play the game with them, but it's not the same as the tiles! :rolleyes:
