Shalom (hello and peace) to everyone.
I'm Nathan. I just found this message board because my friend Raven (fire_raven here) told me about it. I'm eighteen years old, I'll be nineteen in March, and I'm from (a very snowy) Ohio. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.
Since this is a Pagan message board and everything, I guess I should say a few words about my path. I'm a Christo-Pagan, which means I worship Yeshu (Jesus) and other "Christian" Gods and Goddesses in a non-traditional way. My patron Goddess is Miri Magdalene, the Bride of Yeshu and the woman I believe was an incarnation of the Goddess. If you want some more information about her, you might want to read The Woman With the Alabaster Jar: Mary Magdalen and the Holy Grail and The Goddess in the Gospels: Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine, both of which are by Margaret Starbird.
My user name also comes from Miri Magdalene. It's RedEgg because the Eastern Orthodox have a legend that Miri Magdalene turned an egg red while she was meeting with Tiberius Caesar after the Resurrection of Yeshu. The red egg, for me, associated Miri Magdalene with the fertility Goddesses of ancient times.
I'll be glad to tell you more about my path, or you can read more about it here: http://www.northernway.org
Anyhoo, I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.
