This usually portends a time of humid weather and storms wherever these may be a prominent feature of this season's weather pattern. The longitue of the vicinity of 86* west appears to the most affected -from Michian to Alabama. Neptune's affect on people's psyche is usually one of being disoriented, confused, ("senior moments") and having an aimless agenda. Situations in life seem out of control, while everyting associated with your life may appear to be unstable. This is a good time for exploration, research, and experimenting with new ideas, a time to let things go and not to try to control situations, at least for the next 36 hours.
