Prosperity Magick

Does anyone have any ideas for some easy magick for prosperity? I don't live in a major area, so getting to shops to buy the more complex items are going to be kinda hard. And, i don't have a nice green candle lying around anywhere. Any ideas?

No problem sweetie. I was just hoping to help. ;)

I know for me, I'll be trying that potato spell this time 'round. Putting a sprouting potato in a glass of water and asking that as they keep growing, so will my income.

I also have found that for a quick but potent prosperity spell, I've used white birthday candles. They take less time to burn and can really pack a punch sometimes.

I always try to keep them on hand to use for any spell, but surrounding it with green stones and using a little cinammon can help out a bit.

hey, I'm not the only one that uses birthday candles! :D I used to use them when I was first starting out and didn't have a lot of time to spend with the candle.

The new moon thread did give me some great ideas, I'm not sure which one I'd like to try....:huh:

I started using them not just for a time thing, but a money thing as well. Plus, if your in a situation like me--small apt. not a lot of space, they are the perfect magickal tool to have! You can have a ton of them and stick them in a drawer. (Of course I say this looking at my pathetic one box left and their pink!) :lol:

I'm a big crystal/stone user as well. So with using the birthday candles, it gives me a little more room to incorporate the stones.

For prosperity, I tend to use the aventurine sphere and pyrite clusters that I keep on my 'puter table to charge them up since I make my living on my 'puter.

A suggestion might be--I also try to charge up a ring or two that I wear often to help to draw prosperity vibes my way. I don't know if you've done that before or not...but I thought I'd throw that out there. :)

I'm having one of thoe D'oh moments. I never even thought about charging a ring or something. I'll do that probably tomorrow night or something.

I agree with you on the birthday candles. They are cheap, and are great for small spaces. However, I've been stocking up on huge candles lately. But, I did find a online store that sells chime candles(which are pretty small) for $3.60 for twenty. Which isn't bad. So I bought some of those.

I don't have that much experience with stones except clear quartz. I have several of those stones sitting on my altar right now. I have plans to get familiar with other stones though.
