libra, planet corolations?

I should probably know this, but i can't remember the corolations from signs to planets. any help?

Taurus-Venus
Gemini-Mercury
Cancer-Moon
Leo-Sun
Virgo-Mercury
Libra-Venus
Scorpio-Pluto, or Mars
Sagittarius-Jupiter
Capricorn-Saturn
Aquarius-Uranus, or Saturn
Pisces-Neptune, or Saturn

Scorpio, Aquarius, and Pisces had the later discovered planets assigned to them, but some still use the older ones.
