Yoga together!

We have digital cable tv. They have an awesome feature, called Mag rack where they have "videos" that you can watch any time for free. One of the ones they have is a section of videos on yoga, including Yoga for Kids. Caitlynand I did that one together today and had so much fun. Not only were we exercising and doing something other than vegging out, we really laughed and bonded together. She wants to do it again, today, with my son too!

Do any of you do Yoga with your kids? I think this is such a great experience for both the child and adult.

My little yoga-bean, Savannah, and I do yoga sometimes. She also LOVES the Goddess workout by Dolphina. It's a belly-dance workout video...she loves the cool clothes!

I have wanted to get the yoga kids video - do you like it enough to recommend buying it?

My daughter asked me to do it again with her- it is a lot of fun. She is 4 so it is great that she wants to do this.

The belly dancing sounds fun too!
