Hey Chomper is a member and he's a kid! I know he's mine:D I vote kids yes! Sorry but you know I think we can come up with some idea's from the vacation thread in Pagan Families to keep them busy. We can also do a pot luck on food. those that live where they will be camping can bring things like charcoal and paper plates ect.......I'll check on gathering places and camping sites if people want so let me know. Those that live closer to each other can car pool and save some money maybe?

I'm from South New York about 30 minutes from NYC. Since it might be very difficult for all those living on the east coast to travel North or South it might be easier to break it down to North East, South East gatherings.

Just an idea...there is a place called High Valley located in Dutchess County NY about 1 1/2 hours from NYC. It is a gathering place for Pagans. check out thier web site www.High Vallley.org

I'm close to the Pennsylvania, New Jersey border about 45 minutes south of Port Jervis New York. I think that's why Kaylara suggested near me. I seem to be centrol to the majority of the people on the east coast.

Well, I live in NJ, pretty close to Kaylara. I'm not exactly sure HOW close, but yanno.. *shrug* lol That's something that could easily be figured out. I live about 15 or 20 minutes from Seaside Heights (more or less, I think. lol) for any of you fellow NJ people out there. :D

Okay...lol! I'm guessing Florida doesn't count as East Coast. Especially since I'm on the GULF coast of Florida and 6-7 hours from the stateline...poor little me in the middle of nowhere...hee hee. Actually I'm going to a festival north of Tampa for solstice this month so I have pagan contacts...just not you guys!

I dunno when we should do this. I'd like to do it soon, but I currently have no money, despite having a job. But, I also think we should wait awhile (not too long though) so people have time to save $$ and we can plan everything out, like what we're going to do, how everyone's going to travel and things like that.
