Maggie is part Chow--the other part we aren't sure of, but we think either Lab or Corgi because of her short legs. :)

That was sooo cute, Old Witch...and you beat me to it. My picture was too big when I tried to upload it, so I'm trying again. Love that pic!...well, seems I can't get it uploaded, so I'll have to do it another time :)

Thanks, Puma, but I've got Irfanview and can size it...the problem is that I don't know how to post it. Or at least I think that's the problem. I clicked browse, got it in the box, and clicked submit. I really don't know why it didn't work. Also tried to copy and paste, but that didn't work either.
Speaking of Irfanview, it is supposed to be able to change associations, such as from gif to jpg, but I don't know how to do it. Seems like you can associate all pictures with "all files", but I'm not sure how to do just one picture to one association.
Nokia mage? I just became an Audiovox mage, love those gadgets. Can you hear me now? :D

OK.... not sure why it won't attach for you..., but what do you mean by you want to 'change associations'? Do you want Ifranview to stop/start showing certain file extensions? Or do you just want to change a picture from a gif to a jpg (as an example)?

Hi Kaya, guess I wasn't logged in when I was last here, so I didn't get notification of your message. By changing associations, I mean from gif to jpg, for example. But now I have image hosting, and while I wanted the pics themselves posted, I only managed to get the links posted. It worked for me at another message board; guess this one is a bit different. I'll get it eventually ;) Anyway, thanks for the welcome! :)

You're quite welcome. For changing format, I usually use MS Photoeditor or ACDSee. Just go FILE : SAVE AS then choose gif or jpg. To link from your host, just type in [ IMG ] url [ /IMG ]. But make sure that you have the option to show images in your profile, otherwise just a link will show.

Thanks Kaya, it was that I did not have the option to display images in my profile. Now if you scroll up to my earlier post, you'll see the pics appeared--and not only that, but Maggie is displayed in Puma's post as well......didn't mean to brag that much ;)

 Hey Webgenie. I thought I recognized you from Occult Forums. Are you branching out a bit as well?
Your dog sounds like a cutie. No dog is better than a mutt! I know I had a lhaso apso/beagle/terrier mix as a kid. The dad was a real mutt and the lhaso apso breeder escaped her cage...
Of such things legends are borne.
Tim.

Hey, Tim, nice to see you here. Yes, I've found some friendly people here too.
Lhaso apsos are cute; a friend of mine had one. When I was a kid, I had a beagle named Max and a Boston terrier named Pepper--so I can imagine that dog of yours was quite a mix!
I had to do a double take on my e-mail notification when I saw it was from Mysticwicks, and read on to see that Uriel17 had posted a reply...like, wait a minute, where am I?
