Moon Oracle Cards

Has anyone worked with these cards yet? They're not exactly a tarot deck but another type of divination cards.

Yes, I have them and have used them a couple times. Their divinatory abilites are incredible.... they also come with a moon chart so you can predict near exact dates for events, etc. They are a lot different than using tarot, as you don't use your intuition with them as much, if at all.

Sounds very interesting, so how do you use them? I mean since you didn't use them as tarot cards...

Well.... there are three different groups of cards: phases of the moon, moon goddesses, and mansions. These three groups you shuffle seperately, and apply them to different parts of the answer to your question.
To actually determine the meaning of the cards, the book that comes with them is needed. I suppose one could memorize what all the different cards mean, in time.
But the reason they're not like tarot is because the pictures on the cards aren't open for interpretation. For example.... the moon phase cards. Each moon phase also has an element associated with it... the cards have the moon in its phase, and the appropriet elemental color -- the only difference between cards, therefore, is their color.
Did any of this make any sense?
