the moon

not really astrology, but i thought this might be the best place to post it =)

when you look at the moon what do you see in it? do you see a face, have a certain feeling, anything?

when i look at the moon i see a lady crying, but i get a sence of hope and tranquility.

just wondering what others saw in it..

That's a very interesting question. For me it really depends on the mood I'm in & whats going on in my life. It continually changes & something I see nothing but beauty :)

I get a feeling of awe when I look at the moon. Seeing it just makes me feel happy to be alive.

I get the same feeling from the sun, it's just much harder to look at it. :D

I get a sense of peace,love and tranquility when I look at the moon. I discovered that I was a Wiccan by my first Full Moon Ceremony. I performed the ceremony by myself and did not know that was what I was doing. I was about seven years old at the time & I snuck outside late one night. I don't know why I did it I just felt that someone or something was calling to me. I raised my hands up to the sky & felt something fill me up and surround me. I felt as if I was flying and feeling all the life that lived under and above ground answer the call.
I have never felt more alive and at peace in that one moment than in my entire life until that point. I have had a few more experiences like that my last one was on my birthday last year there was a Full Moon. Eventhough it was cold outside I felt the same call and answered it. I remember that feeling well and I knew that soon I was going to reveal my secret to my family.
I feel content,happy and accepted when I look at he moon fullor not the feeling is the same.
