AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

a close friend of mine had been going out with a boy she met since the begining of the school year. Well about once a week he flips out on her for no reason, the next day he will say "oo im so sorry, i cant believe your still with me im just afriad im going to lose you" and she still is with him. She really loves him, but he treats her like crap. i am really starting to hate him because she is killing herself over him when she deserves someone sooo much better. she cant see what he really is, hes the reason she started smoking pot. hes trying to get her to leave all the friends she has known longer than him. at first i thought i was just paranoid but if you saw the situation you would feel how i feel now :'(

i dont know what to do anymore, the more her friends try to tell her what he is the more she pushes them away. it looks like she will have to find out for herself, but its hurts to see her killing herself over him :'(

how did he "flip out"? did he hit her? yell? did anythign physical happen? if they just had a yelling-fest (which is incredibly common in couples), then i don't see how he's any danger to her....if he hit her or said very degrading about her, then i can see your worry.
sometimes you just have to let go. if she has refused to listen to your advice time after time, then let go. hopefully she'll one day wake up and say "what the hell am i doing with myself?" and then you two can see abuot rekindling any part of your friendship that was lost. you say he's the reason she started smoking pot..people make their own decisions, and that's that. unless he physically held her down, and forcefully made her smoke the pot, it was HER decision.
I myself have had this experience with a friend whose boyfriend was horrid to her, and finally i just had to let her be with him until she realized it herself. *shrug*you can't always dictate peoples' lives. i understand your concern, but YOU'RE going to kill YOURSELF with worry for her.

well as an example, she said one time the people she would let hear her sing and she said that she said it was him, and two other close friends, but he started yelling at her cursing and everything else becuase he said she didn;t say his name. and she cries herself to sleep becuase of him. and he has a way of controling her=/

i know the only way she can see it is if she sees it on her own...but i fear something worse would happen before that, or she would never she what he really is =(

....what?? I understood none of that top part. and it's like i said..one can only let themselves be controlled, that is my opinion.
