Help in Vancouver BC

I am just wondering if there is any practicing Wiccans in my area that can help me learn at least the basics as I am new to this. I have been reading as many books as I can and looking for things on the internet but I am having problems understanding some of it. If you can help I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you.
