If anyone has the time, I would love a reading..

I'm not sure how much detail I should go into. I tried doing the reading myself but the cards were not clear. Either that or I'm not listening properly. I find it hard sometimes when I'm too close to the situation. I need to make a decision about work. I need to decide to stay where I am or look for another job. I've listed out the pros and cons and they come out about equal.

If anyone has some spare time, I would love another opinion here. :)
