Hi everyone,
I have finally made it to my year and a day, a few days late. I was wondering what is the next step. I have hade my * name since i started and will keep that . Im just wondering what i can do now. Can someone please help me ?
I asked a friend that was more advanced then i was to help me wiht this but she no longer studies this, she has moved on to another step in her life and Now i dont know what to do. She felt helping me would go against what she is doing now and I wouldn't ask her to do somehting she would be against now.. Thanks

A wiccaning is a ritual similar to Baptism. It's done to a baby to welcome it into the family.

What you want to do is a Dedication.

A self dedication ritual is a personal one that is unique to the individual - in other words, it's not a ritual someone gives you to do.

A dedication ritual is simply dedicating yourself to God/dess. It can be as simple as lighting a candle and speaking your intentions - such as dedicating yourself to honoring them, yourself, the greater good - whatever you feel. Or it can be as intricate as you wish to make it - just as long as it comes from the heart.

Definatly, a dedication is something that should come from the heart.

If you don't know which Gods you want to dedicate yourself to yet, you can make a dedication/ affirmation to study nature and the ways of the universe, no matter what path you take or where your journy ends up.
