Oki here comes another great meditation, all credits to Iona Rosin (fly.to/iona).
Make sure you can be undisturbed. Sit or lay down comfortly. Close your eyes, take som deep breath. Breath out any stress you might feel. Take three deep breaths and say/think:
I welcome this relaxation.
Make sure you really mean what you say. Now relax and say/think:
I welcome the fire, I am fire.
Feel that you are fire, feel the cleansing fire and the heat, hear the fire. Feel it burning up every little negative feeling within you, visualize it if you wish. When all the negativity is gone, let the fire die out, left are only the ashes of your negative feelings.
Now say/think:
I welcome the wind, I am wind.
Feel how the storms are blowing inside you, blowing away all the ashes. Feel the cool breeze, feel how it gently removes all the dust, and dirt that is within you. It blows it all away...When there is nothing more for the wind to blow away, visualize how it gradually leaves you to make room for another element.
Say/think:
I welcome the water, I am water.
Feel how a river of water runs through your body, cleansing it, washing your entire body, in and out. Hear the sound the water makes, feel how clean you are now. when you feel that the water has done it s work, let it gently flow away...
say/think:
I welcome the earth, I am earth. Feel how the earth reaches around you, feel how you are resting in mother earths womb. This a safe and relaxing place. Feel that you are one with the earth. Here it is peaceful, here you can reach inner peace.
When you are done with your meditation, stretch out, breath deeply and rise slowly...
This meditation really gets you in touch with the elements.
