Has anyone flown Spirit airlines?

I found their site (http://www.spiritair.com/welcome.cfm?msg=Yes&Language=English) and they seem familiar, but I dunno. Though I'm not too concerned about it I'm just wondering if anyone's flown with them and what they thought of them.

My father flies with them all the time. He seems to like it and has never complained about anything with them. From what I understand they have decent prices and no real problems.

Better run a search on Google...and read what the critics have to say....and the rating folks. Very telling is the passenger who recommends getting there several hours early so they don't "sell your seat". Some folks report other issues...so go read the reports. Good luck.
