Attention! Tarot/Dream study!

We've been having a lot of discussions about different ways of studying Tarot Cards, and something that has been suggested is placing a Tarot card under your pillow at night and then noting your dreams.

Silver has suggested we might like to do this a group, to see what experiences everyone has. She's suggested starting with The Sun - how does that sound?

It might be a nice idea to ask our friends who are studying dreams over on the Divination forum to take part as well, so I'll post this there too! And I'm sure they can give us some well-recieved insights into our dreams!

Came in a little late... I'd love to play...question though-- what about if our decks are not the same? I've got the Elemental Tarot, so the minor suits are completely different, and some of the major as well. Although I guess I could just correspond it as fire--swords, air--wands, etc. ?

hmm....I think we will be doing the Major's first.....if you could find the card that would be similar to the one we are doing...BONUS! ;) ....and if you can't, find one that is similar....just let us know the card, it's general meaning....and your dream! ;)

Ohhh I am so sorry, I didn't feel to great yesterday (feel better today) so when I got to bed I was so tired and confused that I forgot to put the sun under my pillow! Can you believe it? :(

So I guess I missed all the interesting dreams from the sun, I wont forget to put a card under there for tonight though! :)

Hope you all did great with the sun! What did you all dream?

And what card should we pick tonight? Should we go on with the moon and the star at once or pick like the fool perhaps.... ?

Well in light of tonights full moon I was gonna suggest we use that card, but I am not really up for nightmares tonight!!! :cool:

FYI Mol has that deck and was able to locate the sun card. It is the number 19 and says sun at the top and awareness at the bottom....the picture has a sun with an ankh in the middle of it. This is provided of course if we are speaking of the same deck!!

Semele-- yup, I didn't realize we were starting with the Sun when I posted--I checked and it's there all right--with the little cherub at the bottom, right? I'm pretty sure it's the same deck. :)
