Hi

I'm new to the board and i have a few questions...I'm going to be moving to Japan in a month with my husband and two children 5&6 y olds and i was wondering if there are any Military Pagan's out there who also Homeschool. Any help on either of those two things will be appreciated....Also are any of you guys in Japan (Sasebo to be specific)

Wow do you have your hands full! I know some of the moms here are Pagan http://pub15.ezboard.com/btheedgycatinmamas and I remember seeing some homeschooling moms at the Mothering boards who are pagan...I cannot quite remember if our own Arduinna is homeschooling or if I am mixing her up with someone else.

I am not in the military or japan

I am a homeschool mom (have been for many years) and run a homeschool support group --- if I can help let me know :)

I can't help on military pagen question because I 'm new also. However, I homeschooled my children for 1 1/2 years. This was due to they were behind, and the schools being overly politicaly correct. If you need site for books you can email me. I've found some good resources. Good luck in Japan. My son-in-law spent 1 year in japan with the marines, he said it was "OK".

I completely and 100% second visiting the edgy'catin mamas board!!! I'm friends with the woman who runs it and she and the board are wonderful. I don't really go right now because my daughter's only 2, but once we start homeschooling I sure will! There's also an Edgy zine! Woo!

Sorry, but I'm just so thrilled to see it recommended!
