Thoughts and energy for a dear friend

My friend Lu has had the cruddiest year imaginable. It started last Jan. when her 12 year old lab died, then her sister was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her brain.
Lu's sister has been undergoing chemo for about 9 months now, and miraculously she's in stable condition.
Last week Lu's mom had a heart attack, but she seemed to stablize.
Today I got a call from Lu, her mom died. So I'm going to go stay at her house for the next week and take care of her animals and the house itself.

Lu has always been the most upbeat, joyful lady I've ever known and it shatters me to see her like this.
Any extra energy sent her way would be much appreciated--as would any prayers or candles.

Losing your mum is such a hard thing.. I will be thinking of her, and sending strength to her and her sister. Heres hoping her year takes a turn for the better sometime soon..
