Hello all :evilway: this is just a silly thread to gather all of us dragons and dragon lovers together, kind of a hang out to say hello, share stories thoughts hopes of eatting whole villiages , trading hoards of gold, and training methods and secrets for exersizing and expanding breath weaponds and the like.

I AM
This is all I know.
The Dragon is the form that I have taken in lifetimes long past, and alternate life times unknown.

In role playing I have slain my aggressive brothers with zeal, for there is a world of imagination that is real at a level not yet understood. I think of death in these realms as a changing of form or a reorganization of energy patterns, much like I think of death here. I am just attached or, tethered a little tighter here.

I love as a Dragon loves :hearthear, with all my heart and perhaps something a little more, which there is no words for. My anger :flamer: is with the rage of a Dragon :flamer:. My love extends lifetimes:bothsides, I come back for those I am attached to, just as the fire burns for those who have hurt my love ones isn't extinguished by time, they have my attachment in a different light :meanface:. It is not the responsibility of those I love to protect me, but mine to protect them. My greatest battle is within, for Dragons are a complex creature, and there fiery rage is first and foremost directed within at themselves (at least in this Dragons mind). I must fight that aspect of my personality which would hold me down and controls me, much as my evil persona would hold a town in his will burning and crushing those who would appose him. I must nurture the wise persona, the Dragon that is revered and respected for his deep insight and inner strength, he who wise men come to for reflection and translation.

As I grow in wisdom, forgiveness and Spirit, my Dragon changes, becoming he whom I was before time. It is a constant battle which I fight, never ending ever enduring. I have told on my self here in these words, for to bare my soul before you my family I face my own demons. One day I will evolve and become that which I strive for, I am thankful for my kin, I am thankful for my Lair. I will rest now , and contemplate upon my reflection of the universal Dragon. :eyez:

The love of my life drew me a faerie dragon for my wall (a dragon with butterfly wings) and I just love it. I want more.

If I were a dragon, I'd see myself as iridescent - changing colors with moods and light. Just sounds beautiful to me.

Yes actually, I've often thought of and envisioned the Draconic world, dreampt of it and had conversations with draconic friends about it. It would be under my understanding however that if I were to fully explain it to you, you would in turn see it compleatly different then I have, other people here who can commune with and/or see Dragons, or those of us who're also of the 'kin may see the Draconic world differently then I have seen. They may have seen a different part, etheral/astral or parallel plains aren't often small places. Lol

Of course Im speaking in a compleatly Non-Fictional way (this is probably getting me strange looks. Im used to it and it often happens when I speak of my Draconic Connection.) So if you meant about the stories in a fictional way, well then I probably have written down aspects of both. (Fiction and Non)

Gosh I cannot stand an inpatient dragon soooo here is my tale:

Many years ago I was going to do a candle meditaion for some peace and clarity in my life. I dressed and lit a lavender candle and turned out the lights in my room and began to go into the meditative state..... As I was relaxing into it I felt a snse of being lifted up and was carried out of my room into what i precieved to be a forest. On the gound I noticed brightly coloured leaves....well that is what I thought they were. I picked up one and it felt like something else not pastic but not soft....different. As I looked around me I heard off in a distance laughter and the sound of roaring. I deceided to be brave lol and walked towards the sounds...and there they were....DRAGONS. Sitting around a fire and playing what appeared to be poker. I watched in amazment for a little while and then suddenly I felt a tap on my shoulder. I froze. "Do you play mistress??" "um you talking to me??" "Yes mistress, do you play cards, I hope so it can get so boring you know...." I then turned around and saw...oh yes I saw this....Tall purple and silver and smiling with big long teeth and a slight smell of brimstone coming from him. "Ok I am dreaming and now I am going to die...." "No mistress you are going to live and serve and I am for you...."

I closed my eys and chanted something to bring me back to reality. Suddenly I felt like I was falling and them...poof back in my room. I was releived. I had had a dream. Suddenly from out of the shadows stepped the dragon who had been talking to me..."So this your place, nice, I am going to like it here." "Oh yes and my name would be HYSTYPHUS....and you are Penni....or as you go by, Dragonsinger."

Since that time i have had my friend, guide confident and healing partner. HYSTYPHUS is real and others have felt him and one or two very lucky folks have seen him. Call me crazy, call me a kook. I have a life long friend and will always know a dragons love. A special gift indeed. For if a dragon chooses you...you are truely blessed. PS: those leaves where dragon scales.......

That is my story of how we came to be together.

Im Empathic/Telepathic, Flame Manipulation, Can See/Speak to Dragons, Slightly Clairvoyant, Slight Medium-ish abilities, and when I get angry sligt Telekinetic abilities. I do ave an extreamly fiery temper and some call me scary wen I truly get angry or protective. I'm very protective and often I get jealous at times, I've been told I should goto Anger Managment. Im a very passionate person, especially about tings like Poetry, Writing, Pilosophy, Religion, Legends/Myth and History, Art (Im not an artist however, only a Poet/Philosoper.) Im a pretty modest person about most things but when I speak about something I know a great deal of I tend to speak less modest and more knowledgable. I hold Wisdom as the highest power, my best topics in school are probably Math, History, Philosophy and Psychology. Im only 18 however I have been told that I'm an old soul. (Was also once told I possess the 'Shadow Flame' within me. I have no idea what that means) I see Destruction as a chance for beauty and life to develop. And as you can all tell I babble, lol sorry I appologise, if there are any other questions for me feel free to PM me at any time, If I can think of anything else later I'll probably add it, Im trying to keep this all related however (I probably failed.)

Ah yes well I am a strong empath, can become clairvoyant when I need to be. I see and speak to dragons, have a personal drgon as my friend and guide. I am drawn to fire even as an earth sign. I have been told that people have seen a drgon superimposed on me when I am wroking in the circle or just doing a simple ritual. I also have telpathic abilities especially with animals.

Hello I'm new to the lair...but I believe I may be Awakening to being Dragon 'Kin, so I thought I'd get involved more in this thread;)

I have very strong Empathetic abilities, sometimes bordering on Telepathy, and when I'm with very 'open' people I can be Telepathic, but it's not a very strong ability as of yet. I am very energy sensitive. A lot of spirits of those who have passed seem to think I want them to contact me;).....they scared the crap out of me when they do make themselves known to me, so I try to avoid anywhere that is rumored to be 'haunted', so I guess I also have slight Medium-ish abilities. There are three Guardian Dragons protecting my children, They are child sized, all three are about the length of my arm from nose to tip-of-tail:) I don't see them with my physical eyes when they are in the around I 'feel' them there, and I can see the image of them in my mind. The times I have communicated with them was through Telepathy.

I have a very fiery temper, and am extremely protective of my children and my family....nobody would dare insult, or hurt any member of my family, or there will be a price to pay :grrrrr:. I am very passionate about what I see as important, which includes Art, environmental issues, humanitarian issues, and what I believe to be my calling in life, children. Bringing them into the world the way they have been born for centuries (I am studying to eventually be a mid-wife), and bringing back the rituals of birth and Coming of Age rituals is very important to me. I often serve as a mediator between friends and I am usually the one they come to for advice. Being an Empath, I am also quite emotional, and do anything in my power to keep others from being hurt.

Now I'm babbling;) Looking forward to talking with everyone here:)

Im a very passionate person, especially about tings like Poetry, Writing, Pilosophy, Religion, Legends/Myth and History, Art (Im not an artist however, only a Poet/Philosoper.) Im a pretty modest person about most things but when I speak about something I know a great deal of I tend to speak less modest and more knowledgable. I hold Wisdom as the highest power, my best topics in school are probably Math, History, Philosophy and Psychology. Im only 18 however I have been told that I'm an old soul. (Was also once told I possess the 'Shadow Flame' within me. I have no idea what that means) I see Destruction as a chance for beauty and life to develop. I am a large dragon, but do not always remain so.
Not yong yet not old.
I can be many colors, but you are most likely to see me in black or gray, or maybe you wont see me at all.
I take many forms and speek to all creatures.
I can see into dreams and speek to the mind.
I have skills from all elements, but my class would be Weather Dragon.
My mood is as quick to change as the very weather I draw forth.

I have been as self serving as I have been good hearted. Compassion comes at a price. No creatures are above the crimes of greed and control. Power corrupts those not spiritually mature enough to be responsible. Dragons have come and gone and come again.

We are more then stories

We have more dimension then stories have betrayed us as.

It is only thru introflection that we regain our wings.

What types of personality do your dragons have?

Mine it both overly protective and supportive,, but also a pranksture too. Loves to make me laugh and think... makes sure i focus on the issue at hand.. lol
