In my garden, i have a circle of trees, between the trees I have planted, alternate Golden and black Elders. The Golden Elders leaves are browning, can anyone in the green room tell me why this could be happening?

Not a clue on your question but I wanted to welcome you to Mystic Wicks. This is a great place I hope to see you here often.

Hi Stonewoman! Welcome to mysticwicks!

I don't know why your golden elders are turning brown. There are so many factors to consider...are the black elders ok? What are the other trees around them? How long have they been planted? If they are newly planted, has it been very windy there lately? Check the underside of the leaves & see if anything's living on them? The very best thing to do is to check at the plant nursery & see if they can give you some help. Good luck with them...the grove sounds wonderful!

Hi Wildchild !
thanks for taking the trouble to reply, yes the grove is beautiful, but still very young, and it has been very windy latley, and living by the coast with salt wind may be a factor I have done all the other health checks, so i had better take your advice and see the nursery man. boy do I hate defeat!!
