I've been there for a few weeks now also. I bought some Claritin at $1 a pill and found that Sudafed Sinus and Allergy works better.

I haven't found any natural remedies that help when mine get really bad. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to one, possibly two, of our four cats and that doesn't help much.
