I originally took this out of seriousness until I read the questions. What are runes...and the only half honest answer came from I read in a book... The runes were discovered by Odin according to Nordic beliefs and then the Vikings spread them to the Celts along with everyone else they destroyed.

Then I read about the origins of Wicca...sorry but not all pagans are wiccan or give a rats ass about reed's.
