Danielle Sylvie Taylor is a French-Canadian-born artist currently living in California with her husband, who is also disabled. Born with a chronic knee and hip condition, her initial disability only limited her mobility to short distances without the assistance of a wheelchair. Four years ago, however, severe chemical poisoning destroyed 90% of her immune system and adrenal function, and she has not been in public since.

With severe allergies to most cleaning and scented products, a trip to a grocery store or restaurant is a trip to the hospital, and she can no longer use the paints and inks that she used to use in making art. She has retrained herself to paint via a pointstick on a laptop, and all her art is now done in this manner - one finger on a little 1/4 inch nub, her new paintbrush. The art on this site, while made with a computer, is not simply 'computer generated'; indeed, every line and stroke is 'painted' by hand during hours of meticulous detail that results in the work contained on this site.

All proceeds from her art go towards helping her on her road to recovery, and with your assistance, one day she may have a normal life once more. Thank you for reading this post, and thank you for all your support.
