Wiccan Rosary...

Now I've read somewhere (on this board) about the Witches or Wiccan Rosary, and it said to use stones and an ankh. Now I've heard that you don't necessarily have to use and ankh, you can use a pentacle ... but my main question is, can you use coloured beads, that say, represent the stones to you? Or is it important to use stones. It's just I don't have the money required to purchase the stones needed.

I actually wear a catholic rosary, without the cross and with the symbols of the mother and the maiden on it. I don't believe it matters what it's made of as much as the energy you put into it as you empower it.
