I ask the Gods and Goddesses to smile on my dear husband. It's almost our first anniversary and in that year, we've both had life-threatening and altering surgeries, but we've made it through. His health has taken a year to put back together, but with the help of nutritional supplements we researched, we've been able to make some progress. Now he seems to have another illness, which may be kidney disease. Bad enough that his appendix burst and he found out he was diabetic, but this is more bad news. And we were just catching up with our finances after both of us being out of work at different times from our illnesses. Now he's missing work time and hasn't got any more sick time or vacation coming to him and we just bought the house in March. The worst part, though, is seeing him so sick- it just breaks my heart.

I beseech the Gods and Goddesses to have mercy on us and hope and pray that his illness will clear up quickly so we can catch up again. We're grateful that we're still here and still together and own our own home. We both have jobs we like and get paid well, and we know we're very fortunate. I call on both our ancestors and all Beings of Light who watch over us to intercede in our behalf so that this illness clears up, leaving us both healthy, happy and whole.

I wish upon anyone else going through similarly stressful times the same result and hope that they too will shortly find themselves in better circumstances and in better health.
