Maybe though they're not Goddesses per se, the Naiads and Nereids...?

well, this is what I have found: (from Encyclopedia Mythica)

Hatmehit
An Egyptian fish goddess. She was worshipped in the Nile Delta, especially at Mendes.

Atargatis
The 'Syrian goddess', the 'fish goddess'. A fertility goddess represented at Ascalon as half woman, half fish.

Brizo
Brizo is known as a charmer, and a soother. In Greek mythology, she is a goddess worshipped at Delos and honored by women as the protector of mariners. Food offerings were set before the goddess in little boats (no fish). Brizo presided over an oracle that was consulted on matters relating to navigation and fishing. Her answers were given in dreams.

Hina-Ika
"Lady of the Fish". The Hawaiian goddess of fish. She makes barkcloth which she also taught to humans. She is the mother of the island Molokai. Hina is also connected to the moon; Hina-Kega is the bright moon, and Hina-Uri is the dark, invisible moon. In Polynesia she is known as Ina.

Mama Cocha
The Inca goddess of the sea, and provider of all the fish from the sea. She is the favorite of fishermen and mariners. The supreme god Viracocha is her husband. Her name means "Sea Mother".

There's also Yemoya (Imanja) Originally Yoruban, her name means "Mother of Fishes" She enjoys quite a following in Brazil and some parts of the USA. She's a patroness of Families, Visions, those who work and travel the waters of the world... She's invoked a lot and is known for her gentleness, compassion, and quickness to respond. She doesn't require offerings, but always appreciates a bit of watermelon, white flowers, fish, or chocolates. Hope that helps.
