Wow, it seems like it's been a long time since I've been here, but things have been a little busy.
I'm finally married now, woohoo! And excited as all get out just to have the wedding over with...the planning was getting really tiresome. But it was a great time. I don't want to say that all weddings should be like mine, but all brides should have as much fun as I had. Not everything was perfect...there were a few things that went wrong...but I was determined that I was not going to worry once the big day actually rolled around. I did all my worrying in advance. The night before the wedding (wonder of wonders) I fell right to sleep on time, didn't have any insomnia at all, woke up the next morning completely refreshed about ten minutes before my friend who just completed massage therapy school showed up to give me my free wedding day massage. After that I went to get my hair done and the hairdressers told me I was the calmest bride they had ever seen. (Still woozy from the massage is more like it). Got dressed, took pictures, went to the ceremony...short outside ceremony, and the proceeded with the party of my lifetime and danced the night away. It was GOOD.
Honeymooned in Vegas...gambled, saw shows, ate ourselves stupid at the many buffets...it was a good time.
Anyway, it's good to be back...and I am pleased to report that I don't feel any different as his wife than I did as his fiancee or girlfriend. I was really afraid that I would...I was afraid that I might get lost somewhere in the face of this big creature that was US, but I didn't...I'm still all here.
It's good to talk to you all again. I've missed you, and I'll try to get some wedding pics up soon.
