In going through life, we all encounter some kind of pain. Many of us encounter it more than once, many, only briefly. The question of why has always surfaced, yet, no answer is ever found. Maybe, then, we should ask what it can do to be of assistance to you and me. Read this and tell me what you think.
Great Spirit, give us the strength to endure the pain we encounter.
Give us the power to see how to use pain to better build our character.
Give us the wisdom to remind us not to go seeking that pain again.
Great Spirit teach us to live with the pain.
