Hi I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been searching for a board where I could find fellow pagans, some of who happened to be dealing with chronic illnesses. Today I decided to go to Google and type in fibromygala and pagan, and this board was on the top of the list. I learked about for a bit, and read two nice threads about fibro, so here I am.

I have been a practicing witch for 20 plus years, and have been dealing with fibro for two years.

As a Witch who is currently a self diagnosed fibro gal, I welcome you to MW! ( I mean, how many of the classic symptoms can my drs ignore? :lol: )

Check in with Freyja if she doesn't post here. She runs a Pagan/Fibro group on Yahoo (I believe).

Welcome! Fibro is a "pain" to deal with (no pun intended!!), but it's nice to find other Pagans to talk to about it. I myself have Fibro as well as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Monday of this week I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes.

Just wanted to send you a warm welcome and I hope you stick around. You happened upon a wonderful group of people here at MW! :)

My Mom's got fibromylagia, so I know how tough that can be on a person...

But this is a great group, and people here are really supportive, so it's good you found us!

I am brand new and wanted to introduce myself as well. I also have fibromyalgia, CFIDS, and MPS -- among other yucky things -- but am blessed to have been directed to the most glorious of FMS/Pain Management doctors! He has saved my life twice. Literally. (Long story.)
