How Can you Get an Airhead Relaxed?

Although I am a Cap, I have many planets in Air Signs. I am incredibly restless. It is difficult for me to concentrate on one thing, I am always multi-tasking. How can I use my brain to direct to one thing, like for instance reading a book?? For who might need it here's some my chart data

Thanks, it is difficult when you are trying to interpret things when you are not familiar enough with astrology, like me. The overall picture is more important than just looking at what an aspect, planet, etc. mean. If you go to websites with birth chart, they mostly cannot tell the whole, but only certain things, so people are always needed for interpretation. But thanks to you all, I will learn more and more!

Moon-in-libra, you are right about me about the doubts, the independence and the lucky thing (about all I guess). Really, people allways say I am lucky, same counts for my dad and sister, some people think it is dangerous. But if you don't count on it and be thankful you can pass it to other people.
