Does anyone know if there is a such thing as a weight loss and stop smoking spell? And do they work? These are both things I need to do! And both things I'm having a very hard time doing alone!

Thanks,
~~Rowan

There is. I know I've run across them. I'm pretty sure you could even write them yourself. Just make sure you are willing to quit before you cast the spell.

I too would recommend writing them for yourself.

As for if they will work, that depends on how much focused intent you put into the spell, and how much you are willing to do on a physical plane to achieve your goals. Spell work alone isn't nearly as effective as spell work and mundane actions combined.

There are a few right here in this forum if you'll do a search. They're not showing up in the "similar threads" at the bottom of the screen - Mol.......

I agree that if you don't have a sincere desire, nothing will work. But if you really do, you will have the energy to put into the working and it will work.

As for writing your own, you can take any spell for banishing negativity and adapt it to your own needs.

As long as it's not used in your signature here on Mystic Wicks, I don't mind it being copied. I now consider this my adopted cat picture and I'm the only one I've seen on this site with this picture and I'd like to keep it that way. I found it by doing an image search for Bast on google.com. There are many other Bast images there and I had a hard time choosing the one I wanted to use, but this one kept calling for me!!!
