They're called, blinkies, afaik. But I don't know where to get them. Try Google.

yeah pull up Blinkies on Google you'll get tons of pages with blinkies. Watch out though some people have rules for adopting them. :)

I created the ones in my signature myself. :)

I've made others, but they are no longer in my signature and I wanted to keep my signature from causing people too much loading problems so I left it at three, which incidentally is my lucky/favorite number.
