energy to dispell negativity

Struggling with alot of anxiety, inability to make choices...do to less then wonderful childhood years, tough adult years...(from dealing with family dysfunctions of one sort or another..
tired of waiting for the "shoe" to drop, so to speak, want positive thoughts instead + to take the place of negativity..negative thinking...peace as much is possible ..please send any energy that would help..THANKS!!

Have been doing the counseling... was suggested it may be trauma related..so I am having a hard time moving past all of the negative stuff..getting a positive frame of mind (set)...as I lived in the worst, and so expect that still, instead of good things..

Spoke to my counselor, ..she said write-journal put "it all down" get it out, all the thoughts that are painful, or whatever the case may be...

I have been in the place where there has been so much negativity,hurt, my brain is just wired/looking for/expecting the worse..and to get those thoughts out of my head is difficult...like having a broken record playing that won't shut off....so I really am trying to learn, change, try..and thanks to all.....

I agree with your counselor, write it all down! For those of us who have a hard time expressing ourselves it is a very powerful tool! Also grounding and releasing yourself from the emotions of "what's next". Attune yourself to thinking good, pure thoughts "Only good will come my way from now on", etc. It helps! Healing and calming energy sent to you!
